Well placed, well connected, clean, Mrs McLoughlin was helpful and nice,... everything was right except for two details that we didn't expect: first was that electricity consumption was to be paid separately (not much though) and second was that warm water was not available at both levels at the same time (a switch decided which one had it at any particular moment).
