Super Irish welcome which encourages me to continue to stayacation in Ireland. On a wetter and chillier than seasonally normal, June evening, Viola had lit the stove, stocked the fridge with milk, butter and home made preserves. A loaf of home made brown bread was on the table and some home produced free range eggs. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and went that extra mile to pick up 4 very tired and bedraggled music revellers in the early hours of Sunday morning from the nearby Temple House music festival. A true ambassador of what is great about Ireland and our hospitality.
