Expect to leave late in the morning and return as early and as often as you possibly can......Your prepared early start will be delayed with the beautiful Harty breakfast of freshly squeezed juices, pink grapefruit and melonballs, home made toasted muesli, rhubarb and strawberries freshly picked from the garden, pancakes with maple syrup, smoked herrings from West Cork, complimentary variety scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, black pudding with bacon and stewed apple and a beautiful board of Irish farm house cheeses.'
