Woodenbridge Lodge

The Woodenbridge Hotel, situated in County Wicklow - the 'Garden of Ireland', is the perfect base from which to savour the unsurpassed, panoramic beauty of the Vale of Avoca. This hotel is one of the great buildings of note in Irish history - first licensed in 1608, it earns the distinction of being the oldest hotel in Ireland. The 23 spacious, comfortable and well appointed bedrooms offer the highest standard of accommodation in South Wicklow. Nine of these have their own balconies overlooking the spectacular Wicklow scenery.

The Redmond Restaurant at the Woodenbridge Hotel is a chamber of colour and character, with a cosy candlelit atmosphere by evening to add that touch of intimacy and romance.

The Woodenbridge Hotel is also noted for the quality of its bar food, and there are two bars to choose from - the Four Vales Bar is a traditional pub that is frequently crowded with locals and guests alike while the Cow House Bar is smaller and more cosy in atmosphere.
