Mountshannon has been a national tourism prize honoured village and the 12 houses are in the hub of the village surrounded by numerous notorious bars and restuarants. The houses are within a short distance of the Marina that provides sailing and fishing. The village is en route to the East Clare walkways. Mountshannon is easily accessed from Limerick city, Galway and Shannon intercontinental airport.
