The Diamond Rocks and Pollock Holes form natural swimming pools that are worth a visit. There are breath-taking cliff strolls at both ends of the beach, that are safe and suitable for families. Restaurants offer fine foods, with regional seafood a speciality, whilst the bars offer music during the summer months. Activities consist of tennis, squash, golf, pitch and putt, kids amusements, shore and sea angling, scuba diving, water sports, cycling and Dolphin observing in close by Kilrush. Our room was lovely if a bit spartan, no toiletries, no tea and coffee making tray, a few home comforts in the room would have been appreciated. Otherwise a nice house in a nice area.
