Comfortable and affectionate farm house with panoramic picturesque sights of the vista on a family farm with historical ring fort and award-winning propagation nursery. 0.3km off the Waterford-Kilkenny N10 road, 3 Kilometer off the N9, 10 mins car ride to Kilkenny, 20 mins Waterford. Kells Priory and Jerpoint Abbey, 5 minutes. Mount Juliet Golf Course 0.5km. historical sites. perfect exploring base. Rosslare 1 hour.

Oldtown farm house comprises of four expansive with private bathroom guest rooms with television, hairdryer and tea / coffee making conveniences in all rooms. There is a living room for customers to rest and recover after a days touring. Refreshments with home baking will greet you upon arrival.

Oldtown farm house is on a working farm that includes cattle and an prize honoured propagation nursery that exports plants to England, Continental Europe and the home market.

There is an historic ring fort on the farmland dating back 1700 - 2000 years. Initial observations would suggest it was developed and lived in by an historic Gaelic Chieftain.

Warm friendly welcome. Accommodation was good however the bed could do with tightening. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Good value for money.
