Fitted out to an extremely high standard, with every single contemporary convenience, these houses offer the ideal location to take joy in the notorious restaurants, energetic bars and astounding terrain that Kenmare is well known for.

The house was very nice and the lady caretaker was very friendly and helpful. The main bedroom at the front was short of storage space - a decent sized chest of drawers would have been a big help (other rooms had more space in the wardrobe). The only negative would be the glass panel next to the front door which made it impossible to slip downstairs (in pyjamas for example or less) without being open to public gaze partcularly at night. A curtain would solve that.

Kenmare is a very convenient location for a week's stay and being able to cook for ourselves was a factor in our choice. Our accommodations were very nice, the bedrooms were large, there was a well equipped kitchen (could have used dish soap and a new frying pan though) and it was spotless.

We were attending a wedding and had 2 elderly relatives with us. The house was perfect for them. It was easy to move around plenty of bathrooms and had a nice sunny garden. The kitchen is a good size and 2 or 3 people can use it at once.
