The bungalow is set in a secluded place on the original Palatine colony of Killeheen. It highlights its original long established front private lawn with original stone pier entrance. The grounds consist of a Palatine well, some of the original stone farm houses and mature trees.

The interior has been beautifully modernised and consists of lounge with open fire, kitchen, guest room with double bed and bathroom with shower only.

The bungalow offers accommodation for 2 adults. (Cot, Feeding Chair and Baby bathtub supplied for infant, if required.)

Facilities and Services include: Oil fired predominant heating, Open fireplace, Bed bedclothes and towels, color television, Books on regional subjects, exclusive Parking. The kitchenette consists of microwave and coffee maker. Laundry and drying conveniences are supplied in boiler house.

Centrally positioned in West Limerick for day tours to Limerick City, Cork City / Blarney Castle, Galway City / Cliffs of Moher, Killarney, Tralee, Rock of Cashel and the Seaside. Hourly Buses.

Local conveniences consist of Museums, Golf courses, Fishing, Forest Parks and Gardens, Equestrian Centre, Swimming Pools and Shopping.

The old Palatine settlement laneway, that is over one mile in length, makes an enjoyable walkway.
