Twin Oaks is a family owned and run bed and breakfast. Situated in a country setting, but yet only 5 minutes by car from Kilkenny city. Ample private parking off the road, which is by the way a quiet road. The gardens, both front and rear are for guests use. Sit in the peaceful setting of natural garden and enjoy the surrounding sounds. Accommodation includes 3 rooms. There is a double en-suite room, a double standard room, and a triple room. Sitting room for our guests where tv is available as well as reading material, and perhaps you might like to play chess or draughts, or read some of the poetry that is available. To reach Twin Oaks you must travel south from Kilkenny city on the R697, that is the Kells Rd, as it is more commonly known, for approx 3.5 miles. At the second set of crossroads turn right, there is a sign there for Twin Oaks, follow this road for 400 meters, and on the left side of the road there is another sign outside the house, and that is it. |
