Near Dun Laoghaire harbor and ferry, Eagle home Pub, restaurants, beach and Joyce's Tower. Dart and train and Number 7 bus to city centre. Directions from Airport; Take Patton Flyer from Coach parking lot to Glasthule (St. Joseph's Church ) -7 Euros Single. All rooms ensuite.

We booked St Anns for the Festival of World Cultures in Dun Laoghaire. On arrival, after some time at the front door, we were greeted by another guest! The proprietor was out. The general decor was 1970s, the carpet on the stairs was shabby and worn, the shower was rather low pressure and the hot tap on the wash hand basin was very loose. No TV in the room but that was not an issue as we were just there to sleep. It reminded me of "digs" in my student days which was not yesterday or the day before.... In my opinion it certainly doesn't meet the standards suggested by the Failte Ireland sign displayed outside.
