Easkey lies on the river ‘Lough Easkey’ which is well known for its salmon and trout fishing. It is located 30Km south of Sligo Town, a lovely coastal village well known for its great surf. 1.5Km south of Easkey is the unusual Split Rock, it is said that if someone dares to go through the split 3 times, the rock will close in on them!
