The house was convenient to the town and all amenities, this was great as we had two young children with us. Unfortunately the development was too close to a rather rundown estate. The directions were not clear and we also had difficulty locating the development on arrival. While the house was generally clean the presence of a dirty nappy in the kitchen bin was nor very attractive. Despite all of this the house did suit our needs but would not consider this house again
