Accommodation in Dundrum

Dundrum derives its name from the Irish Dun Droma, meaning " fort of the ridge ". It is a picturesque village, surrounded by woodland, situated on the Thurles to Tipperary road, about 11 km from Cashel. The development of this bautiful tree lined village shows the strong influence of a local landlord, Lord Hawarden of the Maude family.
