The Towers Hotel is a 3 star hotel located on the northern lap of the notorious Ring of Kerry. The comfortable and welcoming surroundings at the hotel is complemented by fashionable and relaxing accommodation, fine cuisine and long established Irish hospitality. Guests at the Towers Hotel can take joy in wonderfully appointed with private bathroom rooms with predominant heating, TV, telephone, iron, hairdryer and tea and coffe making facilities. Rooms benefit from outstanding scenic picturesque sights of the vista over Glenbeigh and the adjacent countryside. Residents can avail of the exclusive living room and the pub that offers entertainment nightly in the high season with a chance to mingle with locals and additional customers in a real Kerry surroundings of long established music and cozy conversation. |

This hotel was a huge disappointment to us when we arrived. The greeting was appalling and very robotic, the room smelled of damp and the curtains were old with mildew on them. The blankets were old and thread bare and the mattress was con-caved so we had an extremely uncomfortable nights sleep. At check out no one bother to ask how our stay was and we felt there was no reason to complain at that stage because we knew we wouldn't get any satisfaction, because the staff were very unhelpful throughout. We would not recommend The Towers to anyone but we loved our time in Glenbeigh despite our experience of this hotel. Bottle bins and bottles greet the customer to the left of the main entrance door, the external furniture is worn, rusted and shabby. However, the breakast was very good, albeit expensive at 15 euros per person. No one available to assist to take bags to the room, which were up varying stairs and corridors from reception. Real query if there is a future for such accommodation product, so devoid of old fashioned hospitality at this time and on into the future.
